word of advice, don't kill any NPCs in offline. i accidentally stabbed a priest and all the characters around the outpost were trying to shoot me down with fireballs!!
This should happen in online world as well, I've disabled it until I find a good solutions for not flooding network with the NPCs updates, and leaving it as it was made players "air battle". =D Thx for warning other players tho! =D
