Confuzzledmaniac, you could always run, no one (maybe besides the hacker and noobs), looks at someone as a coward because they ran from a hacker.

and nanoman, im sure hackers will still be countered, actually, they werent THAT big of a problem until yesterday, with the imposter. most of when someone said another person was hacking, he would igve a reason that described comon symptoms of lag. (including some people saying that an AI was hacking)
since everyone is complaining about thunder bolt torps, i will say that field hopper, teleport disk, and engine overdrive are all good for getting away from them. these also work on thunder mines, not sure on the thunder bolt proximity though, and thunder bomb doesnt even work.
