I have ideas for PR3:
New powerups- Invisibility, slow (makes all others go slow for 10 seconds), cage (traps all players but you in a cage for 8 seconds)
A block that requires a key to open
A block that once you go through it, it locks.
Time larger than 999 seconds
PUNCH- basic attack by pressing enter.
That's ideas I have so far. :)

I for one like the cowboy hat. Despite the fact it ruins the race, it gives you free points and adds to the experience. Sure if it was used all the time it would be a big plummet but seriously now, it's a nice little thing to have in a few races.
