At the end she realizes it isn't her fault so she leaves the conscience. The first camera picture, the blue guy cannot talk to her because she is imprisoned inside her conscience. AND FOR THOSE WHO DIDN'T GET TO THE CREDITS (spoiler), SHE DOESN'T DIE, YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING TO REVIVE HER (noobs).
