I'm not opening this game more than twice a day. It takes 20 minutes to make something at the village centre, which I'm not going to wait out. Doing this twice daily, means it takes a couple of days to make even the simplest product. This game needs a production queue to make it even remotely playable.
level 53 is doable if you use a two simple tricks. You are boxed in, you need to take one of the two forts as quickly as possible. 1) Don't upgrade or attack for now, just save jelly till you got 20 or so. Send them all to one of the two forts (the enemy only left two behind), send a few waves of one jelly after them (the fort sometimes shoots the other jellies, it normally damages two jellies at the same time, but sometimes hit singles, you'll have 8 bubbles or so left over in the fort). 2) Once the fort is taken, take over one of the two bubbles below closest to the fort. The fort protects this bubble a bit. After this do what you like, I'd recommend upgrading a bit and taking out the colour whose fort you've taken.
Ok, first mission, to get one star 20% per battle, 2 star 10%, 3 star 6.5%. You'll have to play the first mission 31 times to master it... No difficulty increase, just grinding. Spamming ranged units and hope it doesn't lag too much :/
I don't think the guards like their boss much. Guard: "Somebody killed the boss, find him!" Five seconds later: "Meh, never mind" Also, there is some kind of bug, because some levels have VV's instead of floors, while others has crates hallways and guards as floor graphics, you can walk through them.
Those Papa Louie make me lose any interest in playing flash games. Anyway if the trend holds, it doesn't matter if you successfully complete a day. You can just finish the days as fast as possible and will get the waffles regardless.
If you zoom in with firefox (ctrl+'+' or +scroll up) your villagers become invisible. If you've got problems with the last few levels: There is a limit to the amount of villagers on the screen, if you let four knights walk around, you'll only have to kill one villager at a time. You'll have to keep evading the knights, but they're predictable.
The warp core goes up in price for every boss you beat with it. At the end you need to bit all five bosses plus one end boss after each other, after that it'll give you unlimited focus. Just sell it, it's not worth the trouble. p.s. Don't stop dodging when the last boss is dead, he keeps on firing for a while. p.p.s. Didn't manage to read the last message, because it skipped right through it while I was using focus.
sweet short game. With the nice music going my first impression was that the grumpy looking man was friendly, till I died of course. I expected better from my dragon.
I ended up being allied to four factions, including both the merchant and the commoners guild. It's not that difficult to do, just do the unending quests when you're still neutral. It might also be possible with the alliance and shadows. When I restarted the game I tried for magicians, but got stuck when Jocylin didn't give me the memory game. I can't restart the quest, so that's the end of that.
bugs: selling something gives you the buy price, not the sell price given. The year month week counter starts acting up in year two, suddenly for every week also one year and month passes, looping to zero after year 11. Challenges don't become more difficult but stay at some kind of base level, after beating first end boss, he comes back as a challenge, with only about 800 hp. The skill health steal goes away after a bit when you're battling. And the list goes on...
Money saving cheat: When you buy a new level make a road, click 'back' in the top right left corner after making the road, reload your save game. You'll have to rebuy the level, but the road is already there. Items also reload, so you can use the money from them too. Vote up.
The whining is irritating. Yes, maybe it'll be difficult to reach the badge, but you can earn real world stuff with it and it doesn't really cost you anything to play. I don't really like the game, but the whining is annoying.
The way the monkey's look determine how much space they take in. When they all look forward, I can fit 2 monkeys above each other in the narrow bottom piece between the two roads. Something to take into account when you make the 'T' thatguyyaknow talks about.
Want a quick way to win every battle? Put options on autosend, use only one row and spam it with your fastest loading units (spearman). Keep upgrading that unit from the money you earn. Against higher difficulties, when they start sending units that instantly kill yours, use a slightly stronger unit with the same strategy.
