Pretty cool, my only complaint thus far is that the characters are overly vocal. Diane yells at Cocheta to hurry up during every repair phase. It would be nice too if the game just played the story parts once upon entering the area instead of every retry. The people shouldn't say something every time you drop them off also.
Games like this need levels. The progress is slow. First few levels it's okay to be a bit slow, but it really needs to pick up quicker. The shaky screen is also annoying. Otherwise, the game looks alright. Nothing I'd really come back to though.
Whenever you make a game like this, ask this question before you release it... "Does massing any unit win every map?" If yes, you don't have a good game. A wall of archers destroys everything on the hardest difficulty. There are very few enemy ranged units that can even fight back. Clicking and drag should be removed to help balance, but you'd have to add a speed up feature to prevent boredom. Archers should be nerfed... and I'm sure the other units do stuff but I wouldn't know. At the end of the game, I have only 11/21 achievements and there is zero interest in attempting the others.
Second consecutive time I've gotten to the last level and when the pirate ship spawns the game overloads itself crashing shockwave.. It's a good game the but the demand really drags the game down..
It would be nice to have a way to disable game chat. Not only does it take up space, but it makes me think the server is going to murder itself trying to reconnect every five minutes.
Liked the game, but one thing I hate in games like these is when it freezes. I used to code note on the door and the game locked up, forcing me to refresh. Were the letters supposed to be illegible? Otherwise, it's a nice point and click adventure.
If you make a sequel, remove the boss' ridiculous explosion duration. We've seen it once, and in survival it's impossible to find yourself let alone know if you're falling into a pit/spikes. One small explosion, and a large 1000 or whatever coin would suffice.
I'm seriously convinced that if you had a game that was only buttons, people would play it. Stop with the "artwork" and other silly features. Just buttons, you'll save yourself tons of money and rake it in from people who for whatever reason actually pay for it. Just make sure you put in an energy system so you can only click five times for each energy or something.
Who on earth is watching these video cameras? There's a nearly mutilated corpse of a guard on the ground with my bloody footprints leading away and it just continues business as usual..... Maybe I'm thinking too much into this...
:D Thanks takahmasak!
