Sandal you do not need to be a god(though it helps- kidding :P). Simply follow the top comments guide to supergemming & you WILL be a god...& then you'll beat the game quite easily...then you can go to the next great challenge, beating all 228 waves of the last level instead of just bombing the GOE.
Apoloinwar there's 3 modes currently: Team death match(you'll see it abbreviated as TDM), king of the hill(KOTH) & control point scramble(CPS). Please look before posting suggestions in the comments that we already have.
Easy to beat: Upgrade infectivity to 4(pass a few). Then spam spread infect in whatever country you started in. The more infected, the more WILL be infected per click. Next round click infect airport until it is, then keep spreading it. Then spread infection in whichever area got the airport. & so on, use airport to spread from region to region. The more infected, the more will be infected & finally when everyone is infected, period, then upgrade lethality & spam end turn. I got 602 score(low from the ATH records but wtver)
Note to self: When in a deadly pandemic, go to madagascar(if it started there go to indonesia argentina or peru(in Argentina & Peru suggest to Govt to close the damn borders fast)) & pray to the hospitals of Greenland xD
Greenland only closed hospital at 30 people left. Is it okay to weep at the 30 people who heroically tried to keep saving the world, even when everyone was infected? ^^(joking but I do feel bad for them...)
Greenland is so heroic. Even when they only have 500 people left they still try to get a cure no matter what. They're the only country I feel sorry for wiping out ^^

I like the reset options lol. "yes" super damn tiny, Big No, super big HELL NO! lol. Even if the game isnt that deep I kind of like it for what it is, & hell for what it's worth the developer has a great sense of humor. Mining Poo?!!!!! LOL!
Finally, fill path with RBs to slow the monsters down, and make it so that the Hue of all your prismatics is 190-200(just drag a bunch of cyan gems onto them). Reason is that all the waves on map 78 are hue 0-30, and opposite gem & monster colors = monster weak to it = gem deal damage closer to its maximum each hit. Whereas a gem of 15 hue & monster 0-30 hue the gem will do near its minimum damage/hit, making your gem around 1/4th as effective. It is noticeable from 20k damage. So make sure to hue your gems.
Notes: 1.5 million firepower is only enough if you have an effective holding strategy, that is, a path full of RO and RB with RB supergemmed to like a whole minute of slowing while RO keeps you from succumbing to banish costs near the end. Wave 227 is giants with 3.9 billion hp each. Wave 228 is 8 runners with 1 billion hp each. Hope this helps anyone who attempts it :)
Make 10 of these so that way you'll gain more effective dps because fast firing gems will be faster in killing then 1x ubergem(I tried near beginning, 2x 10k was more effective then 1x 25k because both have high splash & both 279 speed so they more effective overall. Difference not too big but it saves you maybe 15-25% supergemming, PLUS one can hold off the monsters while you supergem the other.
Continuing from step2, do that & also start supergemming the mana traps one at a time, til the mana gain/hit is 8.4(no trap special skill) or 10.1(maxed trap specials). Then, make the 1st trap a blue-red with 5 targets, 96% slow for 20+ seconds(supergem w/ blue G1s) & also make RB duals every 5-6 mana traps, it will make your mana skyrocket! Then from there simply supergem your prismatic as much as possible & always upgrade pool! You want to get to be able to combine your G11 with G6s only asap, or you will get so so so bored & sick of it that even with breaks you'll quit. From there on you need about 1-1.5 million total firepower from your prismatics I believe.
Step 2) When pool at 60k capacity or so, make a prismatic by keep combining grade 6s together to get a grade 11 prismatic(firing speed maxes at this grade at 279 shots/minute in tower, 670 in trap + yellow special) then super gem it first with whatever grade full sheet of gems(ctrl + click) you can make with your mana cap(full G6 sheet takes 140k mana with maxed forge). Then while supergemming so that the max damage of gem is 1/5th-1/6th the hp of the monsters in the wave(ooh almost forgot: Anger a LOT! especially giant monsters not only for score but mana! ESP mana in beginning)
Again sorry but I think I should write a basic guide for what I'm doing lol. Okay step 1) I was level 96 but I got 45k xp at lvl 60 first try(& panicked & ended it when I overangered a giant wave) and anyway, make pure orange G3 traps first, at least 6, and make a G4 dual x2, then use transmute if needed to upgrade all G3s to G4s pure. Then combine with pure red G4s for(make sure to max mana gain & splash masteries o: ) 5 targets & 3 mana gain. Then keep doing this, as it grows exponentially, expand pool, fill 1/4th track with them. Then go to step 2.
Posting on All 229 waves thread but also here: Wave 125, 250k firepower over 5 gems, all hue 185-200, and am keeping 1-2 million hp monsters(around 200) in the first quarter of the map(and receding, so I might have to let off for a bit so as to not intrude on my mana farm(which is filling up 700k mana in 3 seconds)). :D I might make it.
was actually wave 80 @ last comment. Wave 92, total prismatic max damage at 76000 spread between 2 gems. Finally found out how to "tailor" the dominant specials of both gems(best imho is either yellow max then red then lime or red then yellow then lime, both for max splash, crit, & lucky extra hit(max chain only like 20% so lucky). Also found out my G10 was bad as G11 is where it maxes out on firing speed. Oh well. Sorry to spam comments but I'm just so damn excited. I might actually pull this off, & I'm almost 8% there(probably reach @wave 150 & go to 1.5-2mil max dmg w/ 195 hue for safety + a LOT of RO & RB(thinking alternate bc my RBs are holding 200 monsters easily(yes I'm playing it cautious not for xp) Anyway....wish me more luck :)
