For all that the Badge of the Day system is broke on Kongregate - how many missing badge requests have I filed now? 20? 30? 40? - I am glad that Supernova allows me to keep playing some of the old flash games, as there are a lot of good games which we would lose completely otherwise
@Naud1234 Yep, I put in a request for the badge, but "we were unable to verify that you met the requirements", presumably because I obtained it on Supernova. Looks to me like the reply system is automated and can't detect that the game has been played on Supernova. Another nail in Kongregate's coffin.
Much better game than a lot of people seem to be rating it. I like the fact that skills increase over time. It's very doable, but takes more time than some BOTDs. Not good I guess for people in a rush!
Yet another hard badge masquerading as medium. Good music, clever concept, but no counters for distance, time, or coins on screen add to the difficulty. Whatever, Flash Death is gonna catch it soon ...
Got the BOTD, got the Kongpanion, listening to the Pirate Song, all is right with the Universe! Now all I need are some stickers ... arrgh, shiver me timbers ;-)
BOTD is broken as many comments are mentioning - but I am sure the site is working on fixing this - my advice would be keep a screenshot if you get the achievement, then claim for the BOTD when (if) the badges get fixed.
easy badge – hit an enemy a few times when he is already airborne, send an enemy skywards five times, but you don’t need to juggle five enemies all at the same time!
After a few tries, I got to Mars in 12 days. As others have said, you only need to buy Height, Band, Fuel Tank (with left and right when you can), Radar and E-Rocket. I went for height and fuel initially, radar as soon as I could afford it. Then just try to stay in the air as long as possible, and max out the enhancements mentioned. If you can bounce around in space for a while, by around day 10, you can earn big bucks. I got around $64,000 on day 11, and with maxed out comrades, I sailed to Mars without even bouncing on platforms. It's not a bad game, but I leave it to the dedicated to earn the hard badge ;-)
