i hate that when i click to attack an enemy territory, the deployment screen is somewehere across the screen, and i have to drag it to the middle of the screen. Please fix this :( .

I'm getting the feeling that when your unit isn't in full health, like for example, a flak tank's health is already red, it doesn't destroy a raptor fighter in one shot like it usually does. Why is this so?
