To Easily get the Speed Run trophy (unlocks an upgrade which costs 10 coins and adds 1m to clicks great for quick starts with low gems) go goblin and use their 4th spell. If you are lucky you can get them to build a Hell Portal like they did with me and you will instantly get the trophy. Other buildings will work as well you just have to hope you do not get farms
And finally holding the space bar while using the sherriff (or any shotgun you reload 1 shot at a time) will give you infinite ammo in a way. If you get the timing down right you can shoot forever with no down time. I wedged a penny under the alt, x and c keys to hold down the space bar for me.
And now for a helpful comment, look at the achievements you get in game. They provide bonus upon starting a new game that can help you out. You can get some nice starting money or a good starter weapon if you're lucky from just the achievements. There is a second page to the upgrade shop. Sheriff is a good CC ally with the pushback from the shotgun keeping people away from the walls. I normally have 2 sheriffs, a rogue (or noble for versatility) and myself. Target suicide bombers first (should be a given). Gravity Gun is one of the strongest weapons in the game for mid level ish play. Try to throw it on someone if possible. I normally have a designated anti air sheriff since the flying enemies can be a pain. Pressing F will enable "Fire at will" which removes all range limitations but in turn lowers accuracy.
There is so much complaining about how "hard" this game is. I have gotten to level 50 in normal mod on my laptop without the laptop settings. You people that complain about it being "tiny" need to just get better at the game. It takes actual skill to score a critical not just aiming in their general direction.
I don't know if this is intended but quite a few times my arrow will just pass right through an enemy sometimes killing whats behind them sometimes going through them as well.
@chronian that isn't a glitch, it is an ability of that specific wave. You will notice on waves like that your traps still work and others (I believe) some enemies avoid traps.
Sling needs to start in the middle so you don't lose if your sling is on the other side. Also either you need to either be able to set the amount of points per match win or have an unlimited mode
