ok so i looked it up and tested it. you have to get 12 zero ratings by not letting 12 people in. remove all alipine rooms and set all to that room type
something occured to me. neg rating doesnt work, but not advertising might(for hipsters) gonna try it

The controls/ movement mechanics are so terrible; that i nearly ripped my keyboard in half out of anger at their extremely terribleness.
