Skill gains you get by resting can go over 100. Like if you keep staying at home you can go over 100 humility, if you keep taking forest holidays you can go over 100 refinement and morality, ect.
Wow lots of people made 25 giants. How long did that take? I just finished my 1st playthrough in 43 days and It felt like a long time waiting for so many giants to finish must have sucked.
Beating the other prefectures is easy and tedious and by the time the hidden islands appear you have enough income to remake infinite samuri and just keep throwing them at the boss.
There are many combinations that I haven't tried, but one I think is very useful is fire/thunder. At level 5 and equipped with a taurus my fire/thunder guy has a range of 312-1501 and a 20% chance to deal double damage.
Worst game possible. Having this game featured will probably LOWER this game's rating because it will be played by people who aren't in the niche group of idiots that this crap appeals to.
What possible excuse is there to force me to grind to clear THE FIRST AREA OF THE GAME? I'm not even five minutes in, and I already have to run back and forth waiting to fight more annoying purple things.
The player vs player is pretty entertaining, but why do I have to trudge through countless hours of boring single player just to be on a level playing field? Why do I have to kill 13000 computer controlled ships just to be able to play the same game as everyone else? Someone will probably say that the earlier ships are viable, and some of them are, but that isn't an excuse for placing such a time consuming and arbitrary barrier on being able to access the full range of options.
