I don't feel like buying the game now, but I would be more than willing to buy it later on for $5. Too bad the price is going up with the full version. I do like to see the developers actually caring enough to comment on their own game, though.
Definitely really rough, but it was an experiment. I can't wait to play a sequel with a progression system. Perhaps you should add special achievements to get to unlock things as well.
Some of these I've never played. I knew Final Fantasy and quite a bit of the top 3 rows quite well. I didn't grow up with this stuff, but my brothers still had the NES while I was growing up...
I saw a comment about how this game isn't realistic because the guy shouldn't go out of the alley because the zombies run by. But really, worrying about realism when there are zombies running around?
Tip: The plane moves at the same speed whether or not the fast forward button is pressed. It drops pineapples faster, and therefore closer together, but the timers are the same as when not holding the button. Use timing for the darts and pineapples on the planes, if needed, to gain an extra edge.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1HX8h9AoIG0 is a great guide as to how to get the impossible badge. I got from reaching about Jupiter at best to past Pluto.
The nuke was a nice addition, but the way the bars fill up and the overall feel is cartoony and amateurish. I would say that they took one step forward and three steps back.
Why is it that the tank explodes when the tank runs out of fuel? And anyone struggling should just get the choppers and the bouncers as well as the miners. You really only need these 3 to do well.
If you're having trouble with the Ragnarok medal, be sure to keep 2 of the cups that give your castle invulnerability, fire into the crowd, and keep chucking some grenades in there. getting a henchman there can help, too.
