Maybe use a hover over the different things to explain what each one does, I've bought several rain clouds and don't see any difference with anything
A new version will be out soon with better explanations. The rain cloud speeds up the rate at which the raindrops automatically fall. To start they fall once every 3 seconds, then when upgraded they fall every ~2.9 secs then ~2.8 etc.

Not sure what's going on. I went to open Capitalist today and all I get is a white screen. I have the latest Adobe and reinstalled Unity and nothing.
