Use Hell Hound (Attack #2 on Grenade Launcher) 3. Repeat step #2 until down to ~30% health 4. Use 3 stun grenades one after another 5. Use a medipack 6. Repeat step #2 until down to 40% health 7. Use your remaining medipack 8. Repeat step 2 until you win its not so hard, but you will need look too, i won in my frist try, so...
