Basically, game sucks. Take it or leave it. Also, the reason MMOs get badges is because they are most likely getting paid to promote the game, lame as it may be.
Another dumb aspect of the game: Can't sell units, you can delete all your units, leaving you no money to buy new units, therefore screwing you over. New game time.
Definitely problems with it. Can never seem to get the thing to vaccinate the entire population of a state and new healthy people just appear randomly in states.
