I love the game design, and the concept is decent, but good god, please redesign the UI! I don't want to have to scroll up to see the top of the game. I'd would enjoy it more if you could redesign the UI to fit on a PC/laptop a little better.
I see that you've added premium. I'm fine with that, but I beg you not to turn it into a pay-to-win, i've seen may a game get ruined by premium currency. I hope that this doesn't happen to you.
I don't know if anyone mentioned this before, but you included a LOT of things that aren't even gods in the first place, some are titans. Also, if you include them, make them in charge of the things they control in mythology.

(I was planning on making an alternate concrete command center, but now that you mention it, it would probably look cooler if it was bio-organic.)
