Haha, yes. Thanks for the reply. I look forward to the completion of the game - I think that it'll be a winner. I would recommend hiding it until then.
A little bit of repetition isn't a big deal, but this is wayyyy too much. It's the exact same level over and over again. Great graphics and gameplay concept, so it's very disappointing.
I have large hands (8"~ long, 4"~ wide - admittedly, my hands are a little oddly proportioned, my palm is huge), but even I have a really hard time using the spacebar, arrow keys, and mouse simultaneously. It's hard using one hand to jump and the other to control direction. Why can't Up be jump?
Great game, though a few were just a little too easy. Nice difficulty level overall, though. An ending (and an opening storyboard) with a nice graphic for it would be appreciated. Music is nice. Basic story is classic and solid. Loved it. 5/5 and favorited.
Oh, forgot to mention: sometimes it would glitch on the last level when you clicked on the ninja. He would move a tiny bit and it wouldn't register the movements on the counter, but it recognized them and made you run out in actuality. Very odd. You couldn't do the full movement. Restarting always fixed it, though. Only on this level.
Thoughts: nice music, good gameplay - love the way that it slow-mos for dash; the wizard seems kind of pointless; sounds for the explosion would add a lot; some story would be nice; some levels were a little too easy; a little more explanation at times (the "X" boxes, the grappling hook thingy on the last level); good graphics. Overall, a real winner! Great follow-up to the also-excellent Black Bit Ninja 1. 5/5 and favorited. Just a great, quick play. Thanks for the fun, and Godspeed.
@Yyozz: Since she's the sea, "ship"ping her and Cantus makes perfect sense, eh? ;-) In other words, I will not let your theory interfere with my dreams of a romantic sequel. :-P
Oh, I forgot to mention - the grammar could use a little work, both in the description and at the very end of the game ("flamming", "comming", capitalization when there doesn't need to be). This is fairly minor, but it is something that should be kept in mind. :-)
Would you like to see the levelling-up happen faster too?
