I finished a level and clicked options, but the "level finished" screen vanished and i got stuck in the level.

the survivors tend to simply stop wherever they are and just wait for death to come. Also, the big zombies don't trigger landmines.

You should'n be forced to advance to the next level. It is really a problem when you are fighting enemies in the stair room.
