I truly enjoyed playing this game. It takes a lot of spare time to beat it and get the two "hard badges" but I did it with enjoyment. I would easily recommend this game to someone who enjoys playing flyer-shooters such as The Last Canopy, Galaga, etc. The only thing I did not like about this game is that it pretty much required the player to spend extra time re-playing levels in order to aquire enough money to beat the harder levels. 4/5
I think there should be some sort of warning noise to let you know that you are low on health. That would be very helpful for anyone on a role (so it does not completely screw them over). 5/5 Great game though. Strong developer!
Awsome game, awsome title, but no music? Why not? This game would be really nice if it had better sound and tunes! Drum snair and whole notes doesn't quite cut it in my book. I would recomend this game to a person who has about 30-45 minutes to play a game with the INTENTION of BEATING it. 5/5
I enjoyed the game, but when it came to being close to another enemy, it became to difficult to hit the other enemies and being that your fighting against AI they know instantly how to keep hitting you. This became tiresome after two enemies are on screen as you can't block or hit due to the fact that the enemies are continuously kicking the crap out of you. I enjoyed the game to the first few stages, but grew tiresome from of all of the ludicrous and dumb-founded deaths. Menus were fine, controls were a bit weird being that you to have at least one of your hands on the top of the keyboard, which just felt... odd. Difficulty ramps up fairly well, even if its just that the enemies kick a lot more. This game was decent and I'm glad to see that Kongregate is continuously bringing in new idea to change flash gaming forever. Rating: *** Definitely worth a shot.
Several things: (1) You can get the band and launcher up to max and then one level of e-rocket and then get all three badges at once. all Just launch straight up after getting these things and use the e-rocket right before you start to fall back down and you will be in space. (2) Or you can get up really high and parachute down; therefore increasing your time sramatically, increase your multiplier, and grab coins as you fall. Just don't hit any launch pads. Or you can just get lucky and upgrade band, launch, and e-rocket. Start by upgrading two points in band and two points in launch. On you first launch try to hit as many platforms as you can and keep at a slight angle to the right or left, until you see a green or yellow pad you can/need to hit. There worth $5 and $10 so get them! Great Game.
All you need to do is get the band and launcher up to max and then one level of e-rocket and all of the badges are in the bag. Just launch straight up after getting these things and use the e-rocket right before you start to fall back down and you will be in space. 5/5 Great Game.
Rocking a Rhyme That's Right on Time
Dude! You just completed the Rocking a Rhyme That's Right on Time achievement in Shopping Cart Hero and won the Rocking a Rhyme That's Right on Time badge and 30 points!
This game is...well...interesting. Because this game hints at other RPG games on this site, especially Max Mesiria, Mardek, and also (maybe) Monster's Den. In other words, it lacks originality. The one thing I do like though is that you can choose whether you want to be a fighter, wizard, or ranger...maybe just like Feudalism or even Talesworth Arena. Fun though! 3/5
