Hello thehobbster, after the last update that we changed major things some people won offline time and some lost offline time. Its only for the first login after the update though. Next time it will work like a charm :)
Stock is the limit of Materials, Energy and Food that you can have at a time. Tech is used in the Atomic Lab menu after you unlock it and it has no limit on how much you can get. Personal level is very important because if you increase it then you can sign contracts with bigger towns in the Popularity Menu. Also in every button that it important if you mouse over you can read a small descriptio on the tooltip !!!
So we are supposed to spend 25 billion angels for 50 donut shops? I'm confused. That sounds like an utter rip off price wise, even nearing 700-900 donut shops.
Dying at the same moment of transitioning to the 3rd part of the game froze my game at a completely white screen. Otherwise, great game! I noticed you also don't pick up coins very well after upgrading your launch to a certain level. I figured that was purposeful but it has made upgrading become very slow and tedious since the costs also go up.
