wow, if u use that night thing and all the archers and a tank all the bosses are epicly easy, even the last one sept it takes FOREVER!!!!!!! to kill him cause he has so many hp
for the orcs yes it is possible to have fewer but i like to build as many as possible just for fun so that you can totally demolish your opponent, also be careful with elves for when their castle health gets around 4,000 they send out a bunch of really annoying protectors that freeze your units and blast them back so if it's worth doing it's worth overdoing. also if you do have too many you still won so who cares.
for the elves I recomend getting 20-30 wizards (level 3) to damage there castle, then when the protectors come use level 5 arrow special and kill them all before they can get to your wizards, then finish them off
for level 6 i recomend either getting leverl three foot archers (human or elf) and nothing else then spam them with 30-50 of them (do not upgrade anything) or you can wait till they send the first 6-7 units and just spam them constantly with hobbits until they die.
