Hobbies need to be able to advance offline.
Are they paused? It works for me if I keep them running then check back later : / hmm... What browser are you using out of curiosity?
When I closed the tab, then reopened it, to see if Hobbies advanced while offline, it actually added 30 seconds to the countdown.
Anyone else find it amusing that the monsters work HARDER when their boss is ASLEEP? Clearly Bob has poor motivational skills. :-D
Everybody has had "that" boss at one point or another in their lives.
