Gah, sorry to double-comment, but something that I really would like to see brought back from the first Rebuild: mousing-over the survivor/supplies/etc. icons at the top of the screen would show which of the buildings had survivors or supplies in them. I'd also like to see a moused-over readout of surrounding zombies and days until horde attacks returned. + if you agree
Thank you, thank you THANK YOU for making this sequel. I... LOVE that survivor can improve their skills and the equipping of weapons. The only thing that I would suggest as an improvement would be to make it so that players can zoom out to see more of the city instead of having to drag it to move the view
sorry to double post. Also, the weapons that boosted the magic stat almost seemed pointless by comparison to the weapons that boosted attack, since characters have only a limited pool of MP. Maybe make it more worthwhile to cast attack spells? I found myself almost exclusively using the magic for buffs.
Lastly, there didn't really seem to be anything to actually spend money on. Even after upgrades and resupplying myself, I was finding that I have tens of thousands left in my pocket, simply because there was nothing to buy.
Rated at 5 stars. Some things I would like to see: The options for sound being remembered from one session to the next, more variety in weapons, an easier time of the zombie minigame or at least better rewards from it. Crafting would be nice, as would different art for various character reactions. Also weapons that boosted the magic
Rated at 4 stars. Would have been 5 stars if the game store had given numerical information about just how much equipment raised or lowered stats and if the zombie missions either gave better rewards or weren't so difficult. + if you agree with any of this.
Looking forward to a sequel!
Even with the settings turned all the way down, the game is laggy as hell. It would be really great if you could add keyboard hotkeys and/or commands for combat, as well as movement and moving through the menus.
Had a great time with it, but it seems from the comments that the difficulty needs to be tweaked a bit more, perhaps add a difficulty option with the easier settings having a better chance of Red Cuties and/or a lower cost for the abilities?
Anyway, 5/5 and Favorited. Keep up the great work!!
While I've really enjoyed this game, I started finding this to be pretty repetitive. I do miss getting new cards like in the first game, but it would be really nice for players to able to customize their decks a bit (or a lot) more. + if you agree.
I found that the inventory background (where you pick the guns up from) to be far too dark, even when I had the brightness turned up all the way on my laptop
