Weapon spread is the second 'special' upgrade after radar. and if you want more speed a couple upgrades to boost will help. hey 3/5 , I'm moving up in the world. ;)
Thank for the comments, each hexx does produce slow, I was trying to reward keeping troops alive, instead of letting them die off. just to get them 'regenerated' right away...
maybe its a bit slow i'll watch the comments maybe i'll make a faster one.. keep giving feed back this is actually my first published game..
on-board circuits aboard military air craft (like Air Force 1) are hardened against EMP pluses. If we have the tech now why not in a sci-fi game like this..
