I beat the game with all three endings, then I realized that the red light was on, meaning I wasn't connected. Even after reloading the page it was still red. I only got connected again by searching up the game and completely opening it up anew. Then I was connected and could get all three badges and the card. I hope that helps out anyone else who plays and didn't get the badges.
