Hi, the relationship score is there for when you reach PVP mode. The team members you use for the moment are 'in game' characters, so the relationship will always be 0. Once you reach PVP and challenge and help other players, you can add real player to your team and the relationship score between you both will varying as you help each other. The better the relationship score, the cheaper it is to hire someone.
Tip: In the quiz, if you don't know what gun it is, (unless it's the first one) don't try to guess. You are better off getting 300 EXP less than risking what you already got. Wait for the clock instead.
