Instead of waiting around for the quest to reset, they go home and disappear? In what world does that make sense, especially when it takes so damn long for them to produce in the first place?!?
Here's some ideas to work on. How about having the adventurers stray from the normal confines and do other things. Like picking up the money and/or being able to do the search/explore quests. How about having priests that are actually worth having by the time you get them. While you're thinking about changes, why does it take a level 10 wizzard to unlock the priest, but a level 5 wizzard to unlock the tavern, especially when it requires a level 2 priest to unlock the tavern? Also, I would appreciate changing the tavern to the menu for adding classes to a group is much smaller. This is a good game that has potential, and I'd like to see it expand.
The Tavern is definitely a big feature we haven't documented in the game right now (we weren't even sure if enough people would reach it so this is a great sign!). Totally agree about the UI of the Tavern, and I did screw up the unlock requirements, oops! I love the idea of the different classes getting more abilities and I'm sure their stats will change as we keep building. Thanks!
Great game, just like to point out one thing. The armor rating is different between classes, as is the hit points. Of course, it's an RPG. The thing about this is there is no difference between where you place your party in combat. There either should be a difference in placement, or armor and hp's need to stay constant through out classes. Thanks 4/5
gonna stay with two stars. good game and all, i just hate when you can't improve your competency with a weapon, can't find anything, and your people die or leave too fast.
4/5 because it's funny. I wanna see the commercial with the guy asking for money saying "just $0.15 per day can give these penguins a meal that is not endangered"
A couple of things I think would improve the game...1. improved combat system. It's a great and unique system, just a little slow and painful. 2. Some kind of number system on the "hunger" bar to show what the preferred range is. 3. Shiny rubies are almost impossible to come by, and they're required for a lot of things. Either improve the ruby drop or lessen their requirements. 4. When in town, the hunger bar should go to the preferred level, over time. Doesn't make much sense for them to just stand around and wait to be fed lol. This all being said, you have an amazing game here. I can't stop playing it. Great job.
"Theres one enemy left and you have to be told to attack it?!?" Great game starting out. So far I like what you've done and the way you've done it. My worry is that it's going to turn out like every other game on here, where in order to advance past certain levels you either have to wait days or pay per upgrade. Paying per upgrade really ruins it for me, so I'm hoping it stays reasonable.
So I've got a bunch of quests to find items. No big deal except my inventory is maxed at 20, and that includes what I've got equipped. The first upgrade for inventory space is 100 gold, but after that I have to pay to expand. Crap game.
would be an awesome game, but the a.i. sucks. one idiot does an armor break against 5 armor, another idiot continues to do nothing but block until my team is destroyed... wtf???
I am so sorry I change game.
