I gave you an extra star for actually making changes that would benefit the game however the controls still leave a lot to be desired.
For example, focusing and holding up then dashing will make him dash upwards, but to dash to the side I have to focus then hold the direction then let go and then dash and he will do it. Otherwise nothing happens.
Also now trying to dash downwards does not work AT ALL. It says I am pressing down in the keyboard test but in game it doesn't do anything. It used to so it's not just me being stupid.
Otherwise I think it is a great game, with some good level design and fitting music. It's just a shame that it has been a little spoilt.
You can make games for whoever you want man, I'm just suggesting you don't make them so terrible in future. Maybe instead of your knee-jerk "well some people DO enjoy it" you should actually review the choices you made when making this 'game'
That's not my reaction to comments that provide any sort of useful feedback whatsoever. Your's might as well say "this game is shit", and how does that inform my future choices in games? If you'd read through the comments, you'd see I am extremely grateful for any kind of feedback.
You seem to have forgotten to make it fun or engaging or challenging or interesting or even well drawn or designed. You created nothing new at all and even managed to make simon says even more tedious. What is this, an anti-game or something?
Despite the cynicism and complete lack of common respect that some people decide to show in their comments, I will not be discouraged and I'll continue to make games for anybody who enjoys them.
When I looked at the comments for this game it makes me wonder if I am playing the same game. This is so incredibly boring and slow. Yay I waited for a bar to fill for five minutes so I could watch a zombie ignore an object, great! What a masterpiece! And the fact that you can't skip scenes you haven't already seen even if nothing is happening and is going on for long is annoying.
