It would HELP if the HELP section actually included a few more details than what basically amounts to "here's what you have to do - good luck. Oh, and if you want a bigger army, you have to get to a certain point."
Not a bad game, but will someone tell me how this is an endurance test? I ended up just committing suicide for 4 or 5 games just to get Frequent Flyer as my last achievement.
Blood: red. Corpses: a lot of red. Incoming enemy fire which I want to try and dodge: red. Destination arrow: red. End result: death and eyes hurting from trying to make things out.
Aries, as you level up you should re-do earlier levels in order to get more xp from them. Remember to do whatever modes you can too - Endurance is especially good in this way, as you can't lose, so free xp essentially.
Ok, so exactly how do I get to a point where I can't win the "practice" fights? I believe we have an indisputable case of semantic meltdown right here.
Game concept: 5/5. Music: 5/5 but gets annoying after a while no matter how you feel about it. MoreFood's ability to figure out that you can pause the game and turn the music completely down if you don't like it: 0/5
John, "rigged" doesn't necessarily mean "won't let you get lucky at all". I'm sure even you've noticed how the computer can be suspiciously lucky at very convenient times.
If this game is ever given badges, they should all be either Hard or Impossible due to being Endurance badges. Seriously, I don't think I've played a more tediously drawn out game on this site. And this is me, who's hardly short on enthusiasm for Diseased work. For shame! All it needs is the same function most other defense games have to bring the next wave in immediately.
Need to make sure you can actually pause this. I paused supposedly, went and did something in a window, heard sound effects in the meantime, and when I came back my engineer was dead.
