if you see black screen try to open console on F12 and find element webgl.data (Network->Fetch\XHR). It loads about minute or two sometimes, just wait.

I've made export but it doesn't want to be imported now :( what can I do? actually I have 4 exported saves but they do not want to be imported

how to prestige? how long should I play to make first prestige?

Hey there, try to click the bar at the bottom. It opens up another window where you can prestige (when certain requirements are met). I recommend prestiging on your first Favor, then getting the upgrade "Endless Knot". Have fun!
