ANYONE WHO WANTS SPEAR AND KATANA WITHOUT LAGS: Read what I have answered to others, either here, or at my shouts page. (I have also just made a page on facebook.) It's just a complex fast paced game with complex AI. It would take A LOT OF TIME if I could eliminate the lag somehow (by making big changes in the game mechanics), and I am afraid nobody will pay me for it.
If you want to help me with it, go to my website and donate a small amount for the game series development. Maybe this way I can make series 3.
snowystars: It's not a keyboard bug and couldn't be fixed this way. There are just too many calculations so that in some situations it takes longer to show individual frames than it ideally should. I even think it couldn't be fixed without reducing the action part significantly, and thus somewhat crippling it.

Dingo1324: Unlike in most games, the enemies have two fully developed modules of artificial intelligence: 1.guarding, so that they can move through the scene either randomly or looking for you, 2.fighting, so that they can fight in the manner of real men. Working these modules together requires many real-time AI operations for each enemy, even if optimalized. That's why the game starts lagging in large levels.
AngelicDagger: You are right, I too thought about this while making the game. But I decided it wouldn't be easy to implement. Perhaps I'll make a second version.
