It'd be really nice if you could turn off the blacksmith for a subset of weapons instead of all of them; amassing 10X more stone/copper than you need because you're waiting for gold to build up is kind of frustrating.
Once I unlocked turbolasers I beat every level except 28 with only them; being able to shoot through other blocks was just too useful. My grand plan for every level was to make 2/3 alternating rows of econ blocks and lasers all across the screen, with a single layer of armor at the top. I usually couldn't set this up on normal levels, but it worked like magic on the bosses
Lancer 1-3: eh, it's strong but I'll stick with my other awesome guns, thanks. Lancer 4: my jaw actually drops for a second. Hurray for fantastic upgrade systems!
Absolutely, wonderfully, beautiful. The gameplay was great, and I have never been so attracted to a block of text in my live:)
The last boss is officially my favorite flash boss of all time now.
I HAVE A BUG TO REPORT!
Sometimes when I don't collect all the pickups from the last balloon in a level, the level will just go on forever with no more enemies. Then I have to restart because there's no save.
Great game though! I still have no idea how to get golds on a few levels.
Suddenly that finicky friction I dismissed in the original Meat Boy seems really important. There's no way I'm trying for anything more than the hard badge.
Nice game. The physics were frustrating but manageable. There were only one or two places where they really made me want to stop playing (just skip 3.10. Seriously) Getting all the bandaids is actually one of the easiest imp badges I've seen.
I agree that the OPEC badge should be split in two, but they shouldn't be imp badges. The idea is that impossible badges are supposed to take patience AND skill, and it's not really a hard game if you work out a strategy. I wish there was a badge for beating elite mode though :(
The reason I like this game more than cargo bridge is because joint's can't just snap apart in this one. If that makes it less real then too bad :). I especially enjoyed redoing the levels to get the best possible score (100666 fools!)
