@Allen42: I have removed Tampermonkey and Pinterest add-ins, with no effect. I'm playing A:TG next to CotLI and the framerate in A:TG drops to 25 (from 40) as soon as CotLI opens. If I leave CotLI on for several hours, this gets worse. Maybe this has to do with Chrome, I see a lot of errors in the Javascript of CotLI.
Typical that my criticism gets negative ratings, there's way too many fanboys of this extremely simple and underdeveloped idle game. It looks nice, yes. And the developer is still active, yippie. But to yell how great this game is... I guess I'm back to A:TG :-)
So much things missing: speed up button (how hard is that to implement), compact raider view, hide earned achievements (shouldn't be hard either) and more really basic functionality. This idle game is actually good looking but extremely basic and also leaks memory. Need to restart after a couple of hours not to completely hog my framerate down (in the JS window you can spot a ton of errors coming by)
Thank you for the feedback. Not sure what you mean by a speed-up button. If you mean accelerate game play, that is counter-intuitive to idle games. If you mean a button to change areas for you, the auto-progress feature is available after your first reset through the Settings menu or by pressing G on your keyboard. The compact achievement screen is on our wish-list, we just haven't had the time to come up with a design. A compact Crusader view is on our list of player suggestions to consider. The memory leak is an on-going battle unfortunately.
Funny game, until the first reset. Gets stuck for ages at level 85-90 by lack of serious upgrades or stronger party members... leaving computer on overnight to get enough cash to progress... well I guess that's why it's an idle game haha
Heh, this weekend tripped over this gem of a game. Used to play this like crazy. Wanted to get only the achievement but got hooked again lol. Amazing how the game keeps being developed into something better all the time :-D
Btw a little rule: level 1 - 5 the floor equals your level, level 6 - 10 the floor is your level -1, level 11 - 15 the floor is your level -2. Not exactly so, but it gives an indicator
