So I feel as a developer you should have the respect to tell people whats going on with things? The Website Forums is broken so no way to get answers there. Not fully, I think you’re being a little bit obnoxious about it but..for the most part you’re right. He is insanely late with the release and there hasn’t been any updates, or even a single word said. Not letting anyone know what’s going on when you’re over a year late isn’t cool. Movies/books/etc etc are postponed all the time. Well over 1/4 of large Hollywood movies get delayed. And with games, it’s very easy.
One thing you can always count on when making games is that things will always take longer than expected. I always say a developer should never set a definite release date unless the game is finished. Telling people a ballpark of your time frame is fine, but it’s a bad idea to say for sure if the game isn’t finished. But, even all that isn’t an excuse at this point. I honestly don’t know how the game could have been delayed this badly. In the top comments of CW1, he said Nov. That was already late as it is, and it’s been months since even then. Some (or any for christs sake!) updates really need to be relayed and I do agree that…it’s just getting ridiculous and I’ve lost a lot of respect.

Just because he said when the new game was coming out on a certain date doesn’t mean he has to publish it on that date. It could be a beta for all you know. Calm down and get on with your life.
