game seriously needs a way to not have to constantly click on an enemy to attack. Clicking once to attack, then letting it do it's thing is better than trying to click on a fast moving target every time you want to swing.
While this could be a great game, I have to rate it down due to the combat. Too many zombies and a slow firing weapon with absolutely no assistance is just plain bad.
I made it to the 4th day before being completely swarmed.
Had to lower my rating due to the serious learning curve. The early waves are winnable easy, but later waves are far too hard with the resources you get.
And while combinations are a nice touch, having to pause the game constantly to figure out what goes where, then having to try to decipher what 'germinate' and other special powers do... It's all just a pain in the butt.
One of very few games I feel actually earns it's 5/5 rating.
I would like to see this expanded on in the future though. More research options, possibly being able to assign people to different tasks better. It's a hassle scrolling through 40 people to find the one person you need to change jobs at the school.
the first moving platform is too fast considering it goes off the screen.
Should have some kind of clue it's coming. Jumping into the massive pit 15 times in a row makes for a boring "game"
I hate puzzles that give no ide what you're supposed to do with them. Yeah, trying every possible combination of shapes is such a test of intelligence.
Try giving some freakin CLUES!
A little more consistency with plane vs plane combat would be nice.
Watching 4 fighters and 2 bombers wipe out 25 of my Spitfires was definitely a wtf moment.
Especially since it then took me 4 days to get my fighter compliment back up to where I could defend effectively.
seems the computer has a seriously larger industry base. It can produce larger warships far faster than I can.
This has the effect of making the later levels all but impossible.
I ended up just going round in circles and never actually firing at the enemy ship at any time I actually had a prayer of hitting.
My ship only fired at the beginning of the turn, when the enemy was in line with me, which of course, the enemy moved right out of the way of my cannon fire. Every time.
Very confusing to play. I started a game, and watched all my resources drain away for no reason.
So I started a new one and began the game with -19 cash and couldn't do anything.
This needs massive amounts of work to be an actual game.
The tank is horribly slow considering you have to go collect money from destroyed enemies.
Also, letting people know they have to do this to collect money would be a good idea.
Another thing, if you have to roll over dead enemies to collect money, having the money vanish before your slow tank can get there doesn't help. Nor does not being able to shoot through your own base.
good idea, but maybe making the dwarves slightly less expensive so you can actually defend? rapid clicking move all the time and resetting your entire defense makes formations pointless.
You know what formations are, you even suggest setting them up in one of the levels.
it's pretty, and it has potential, but the enemies are a little unbalanced. They get more powerful faster than you get money/defenses.
Also, having to waste money to get a brief look at what's coming is stupid. That money is desperately needed to build defenses.
spells are far too hard to use. even when you match the path exactly, if you don't move fast enough it fails. moving faast enough to get it done makes the movement to shaky, and you fail.
Nice idea, bad implementation
