Because miles per hour is a way to measure speed. And meters measures lenght. But if your question is why meters and and not miles? I think becAUSE we understand better my means of meters.
Yeah it's a trick. But every number i thought of it was right. There are like 10 possibilities. there is a 10% it will guess. Up to now it guessed all of them. :S
