incase anyone wanted to know, the tree is of the species "gemus rarus", which is best known for being made out of gems (type varys based on the environment)
amazing game, just really annoying that sometimes the game refuses to let me interact with buccaneers, so i can fight them or anything, so i have to reload to get to my destination, losing all the stuff i plundered on the way
so... would be nice if you could update it so people cant accidently break the story, cause i cant progress now because i found the tree and the hut too early or something
would be nice if the price reduction for selling more of an item was less, or applied to buying, i didnt realize that happened until i was selling 50 jackets at a time and couldnt figure out why i was losing so much money
is there a link to a wiki or something cause i cant find the new cave people are talking about (i found the dragon one and befriended it) but i cant find these thunder axes or fire horns and stuff
There's a wiki here: http://aground.wikia.com/wiki/Aground_Wiki , but the caves you're looking for are spawned randomly underground, you just have to dig around for them (and when you see a different bg tile, dig around that area).
this game is definitly one of the best of all time. i wish more idle games and such could be like this, because playing through it was just amazingly fun. Thanks for a few hours of fun!
so... during the torturial about scouts and settlers, i sent 11 scouts, and now i have -10 idle workers. now its gone back to one but for about a minite i lost 35.2 food a second....
YAY I WON THE GAME AS ATHENS SUPER EARLY AND GOT THE BRILLIANT VICTORY THING YAY. tip for people who are having trouble winning: if you are athens, first get sages, then get the extra population bonus, then get taxcollecotrs. as soon as you tax colllectors, make sure your sages are maxed and then max your tax. get as many envoys as possible is a good strategy for any point in the game, and if you do it right, by late game youll have 5-8 envoys so when you discover a new city you can instantly ally it.
You'll need a drill. Complete mechanic quests, and you'll get it eventually.
