Interesting fix I just found for the scrolling.. Use middle mouse to lock scroll inside the game. It takes a little getting used to, but no more scrolling.
Such a good game, and well worth paying for the premium content!! It's not just a quick leg-up like most games, you actually get some nice new content :)
