For 69 lvl rogue (well 70 atm) - before the changes my char could kill 10-11 mobs/rest. Now it's typically 4. So something's definitely changed, i wonder if it's only attack speed.

i agree that a character should die, especially when @ low levels // bad build;
but lvl69 with proper build + almost the best EQ = almost endgame.
should and endgame char die every 2-4 rests? not IMO.
A 69 lvl rogue before todays changes could exp 61-70 areas w/o dying.
Now my char dies often, or is near death (25% rest).
Also it seems that extra mobs get pulled more often.
It'll make exping way longer then it used to be ;)
