The next rebuild could have some upgrades for the buildings.
e.g. an a\upgrade for a school where 2 can be taught.
happiness + 5% upgrade for a bar

No, it is an auto-saving game, but yea, I agree it could do with a 'save' button in case you've gotten So far in the game and are not sure if it will save your data or not.
