I can't give this game a good rating. It's not a puzzle game, simply because of the fact that it requires a great deal of skill over critical thinking. Not only that, but it has a very steep difficulty curve, due to the fact that if the red ball starts leaning to one direction, it is incredibly difficult to get it back to the middle, or other side. This is with the red ball alone, and not weighing in (literally) the orange balls or green powerups.
If the game started out the same way every time (like in the challenges) I may understand why this isn't too complex. The fact that normal mode is random, and an extremely unforgiving timer, prevent me from rating this higher. 3/5
