Unlocks are available to buy on a certain count of total coins collected, upgrade unlocks when you have enough resources to buy them, so just keep playing! Hm, I think I will add more information how to unlock stuff in the next update!
prestige tier 3: let us choose which upgrade we want to have for each level row. For example I want the medal upgrade in battery level 50. Right now you have to merge for 315 (!) Expertise Points even if you do not need the upgrades before! When we can choose the upgrades we want, then I only have to merge for 90 Expertise Points. This would make the game much more fun for me.
