@cedric1234, elementals drop orbs almost every time you kill them, and there are about 15 in oden coast, and it's right next to a town, so you can sell the cracked orbs for a little money, and @vansolo, the same thing happened to me, except i got teleported behind a shopkeepers counter and couldn't leave, so i had tosave and load.
I think you should be able to do a practice race, which you have to control and you get a little less experience for each skill but you get experience for each skill at the same time.
