Good concept, but I think there could have been more done. Not much variation in terms of these 'queue up your troops and watch them scroll across the screen' games. Don't get me wrong, I liked it. However there needed to be more..... Strategy. All I did was fight in the first age and let the gold pile up, bought my first canon, let it kill all the troops only hiring units when I had people at my base, then buy the best cannon and repeat this strategy until the best cannon. Then I bought 2 super soldiers and it was over. Also a button to speed the game up would be greatly appreciated.
This was a really good game, except it got really repetitive towards the end. When I was down to the last four spots I found my self just mindlessly clicking like omg...... end.
This is one of the few games without badges I'll play, however I feel more could have been done with it. The game starts off way to easy, to the point that I personally debated just turning it off, and only seems to get hard at the very end, but still doesn't reach that level of challenging where a new first time player can beat through it their very first try. Also the end game really drops off, I mean I was done researching all my stuff before the game was even half way done.
Could have been a rather fun game, except for a few details that kinda ticked me off and most likely ticked some other players off. I love puzzle adventure games, but I HATE games where it's just scroll here and click every couple of pixels searching for items. I'd rather have the items staring right at me, see them and just not realize that's what I need compared to simply NOT being able to see them and getting frustrated at the GAME not my own intelligence. A puzzle should be a puzzle, challenging ones intellect, not an incredibly small eyespy game.
