slowly upgrading the visual builds up so much hype that i kinda expected the final upgrade to be prettier... The final stage should have looked absolutely stunning since visual graphics was one of the major theme of this game.
kinda easy since all the bullets flies in a straight line...except the missile i guess.
Also any games that uses the graze system (or "scrape") must show a clear indication of where your ship's hitbox is.
the lvl design seems ...random... I like the lvl rotation idea...but it seems like a wasted potential. you should check out a game called "sky roads" for inspiration
I dont think many people realize that the whole point of the game is to just mass slaughter waves of enemies without having to spend the time through all the drama/lvl griding/shops/quests. In fact it shouldn't even be viewed as a RPG. Its more like a puzzle-arcade game.
Also..I love games that was developed by a single person. Things can get dull when too many minds gets mushed in together.
needs to be harder...problem is the fact that there are far too many levels where you can just win with random juggling without any need for logical thinking
towe defense games kinda loses its sense of accomplishment when its just "see how long you can live". I usually find survivng a wave of enemies satisfying since i know im one step closer to victory. However... knowing the fact you are fated to lose sooner or later in this endless mode is kind of a turn off for me
and then i noticed lvl40 was already completed.....when this game first came out a long time ago...and then remembered that lvl 39 was 100 times harder than lvl 40..... -_-
so i guess there's absolutely no way of killing the darklings if you're done activating all the runes... which is probably why there's no badges for killing all of them.
being inspired by another game is fine by me.... however that comes with a price of high expectation. I can't really blame people for calling it a ripoff if it can't live up to its predecessor.
i still wish there was a "lock piece" function...or some empty slots on the side where you can place your pieces in so you can do the main board one piece by one
nice game..just do something about the enemy graphics...and the music if you can.. also the equipped weapon should scroll back to the very first one if you scroll past the last one.
should probably ..increase player's accuracy...and increase enemy hp at the same time to be fair. Also for some people ..pressing the "Tab" button tabs out of the flash player so you might want to change that to a different key.. like ` or sometihng
