Nice application of an old puzzle. Quite clean, but in the end you can't play if for very long before it grows dull.

Well, looks like a first try. I would try to make something a little more original than a side scroller where you pick up things. It's been done alot. Also, it's not because something doesn't make sense that it becomes entertaining. Putting more effort into the work would make for better results

Nice to see a new mechanic. Lacks depth though. I would like to see this carried further on

It limited power for collecting rings makes things neat, though control seems loose. I never got past level 3

The art is nice, but the gameplay lack depth. It feels like a simple shooting gallery. Hard to feel like playing for more than a few seconds.

Without anything to make this game stand out, it descends into banality. Puzzles of broken up images are a little over used

Has potential but needs work. The pace of the game is really slow, and it hits a bit of a catch 22. You need money, to get money you need to kill units, to kill units you need to build units, to build units you need money. If you run out of units, you can't get money. If you run out of money, you can't get units

It should also be noted that the creatures that you summon are rediculously underpowered. The difference between Byakhee and Shoggoth is three points of damage reduced by his arcane defence. I mean, come on, I've summoned the massive and mind destroying Shoggoth, and my opponent (a mere mortal) can pretty much ignore him as long as he's boosted his arcane defence a couple points and got any creature out. Since there are two base cards that boost arcane defence (and more later) frequently I've found that the summoned creatures are far less important that boosting your stats. Especially considering that creatures only do damage when their owners are attacked. In the long run, I've found taint to do far more damage than summoning creatures. Alot of potential, but needs balancing and polish

I really like this game but there are alot of things that bugged me For example the running out of sanity really felt more like a slap on the wrist than a punishment. I found it was more useful to simply run myself out of sanity with whatever powerful attacks I could draw. If sanity loss should later become something to pay attention to, having a discard instead of play option would be nice, especially if you gained a minor bonus for discarding, say 2 sanity.
