There's not much sense, respect of city keep its levels at 100% in any case but using mobsters, during wars the districts are always lost also defending with all, and there's no way to find peace. More, more simply is to upgrade, buy, upgrade, buy.. boring. I would rate it 2 stars, but it's aobut play like mafia, and i'm italian.. so 1 star, 'cause i know too much to like it.
I completed a series of quests all toghether and so a lot of resources went lost (warehouse lv.3). I would prefer one click by me before receive the reward, so i can do that at the right time! Nice game.
Note that completed collections give rewards, also energy in some. Plaing in right way garants a good time but the effort of tools for crowns every time you need one is very annoyng
