I think that without tons of money and high starting stats, it's a good game. To be better, you had to remove the Lo-Ping Amulet after you buy it. In this case, it have to cost very much, and it will boost stats more than 3.
Good game! What I will modify: increase automatically speed and life with levelup; increase the precision of primary weapon buying an upgrade; increase damage of primary weapon buying an upgrade; increase the number of other weapons; make some upgrade of other weapons (concerning damage, precision and time to reload); add some bonuses dropped by enemies (like bombs, more money, invulnerability, etc.).
