Those giant rats in the beginning are very annoying because of their spells, while your own spell sucks, that's what makes it too difficult. Basically you need to rely to much on luck against them.
re marchhare: Yeah i first wanted to calculate what the effective monthly interest would be with the yearly interest given, but figured that could never be done within the time limit... also that wouldn't really fit with the level of difficulty all the other questions have, it's all very basic stuff, compound interests are slightly more advanced.
Very nice scrolling shooter, one of the best I ever played.
I like that it's auto-firing, The music is awesome, the graphics are great, it's not too difficult but no walk in the park either, overall very fun to play.
Also the answer to Q16 is wrong. You can divide by zero, just not with the kind of maths you learned so far (or will ever encounter unless you go on to study it at a university).
on Q3, there's 2 right answers but choosing either of them (or even choosing the other wrong answer which is "none of them") all ends with the quiz telling you you picked the wrong answer.
I found the bosses to be very boring. Too many hitpoints. The rest was ok I guess, though it got very laggy for me sometimes when there were a dozen or more parachutes on the screen.
Won with 2 trikes and a ram in front row, 3 different dragons in back row. A dragon and the ram died in the final battle, the rest of the game is pretty easy once you get a max level party going.
Not bad for a first game. I had no problems with the shooting, but i did loose interest around lvl 12, since it seemd to be more of the same except getting faster all the time.
wtf? is game doesn't even report the score correctly.. i wasted a dozen cars and got a couple hundred points, but somehow in the highscores it says i have 0 just like everybody else.
Too much text instead of some clear instructions on what to do. Also, the text was very poorly written. I give it a 2/5 because it can be figured out eventually.
I guess people are very divided over this. I like this game, it's an improvement over the first one. The music is annoying but you can turn the sound off at the main menu.
lvl 17 is very much possible, I've gotten to lvl 43 and i haven't had much problems so far.. if it doesn't get much harder near the end i might have to adjust my rating to 3/5, but there's lots of levels to go so i'm optimistic. :)
